Ramses Lara is the founder and CEO of TruckerProfit Inc., a Delaware C-Corp building TruckerProfit TMS — an eleven-module bilingual transportation management system for US small and mid-sized motor carriers.

Lara has operated Sultan Freight Logistics (MC# 1702404) since 2023 — a US asset-based carrier and brokerage — before incorporating TruckerProfit Inc. as a separate software company. The product was built first for his own dispatch team. Every screen, workflow and Spanish translation comes from a load that moved.

The decision to incorporate as a Delaware C-Corp and split the operating brokerage from the software company was deliberate: SMB carriers will not buy software built by their direct competitor. TruckerProfit Inc. is structured so any US carrier — including those who compete with Sultan on freight — can adopt the platform without conflict.
